They can’t think of anything to tell the public about a future digital euro that is positive enough to convince them that it’s good for the public. Blinded by their greed to control the public, they can’t come up with a narrative that supports the CBDC that doesn’t come across as maniacal. Hilarious.

Personally, would love to hear him elaborate on how exactly it’s obvious. They need to be careful, their hubris is showing.
